CRIAA SA-DC is an association of development professionals involved on a professional or voluntary basis in international co-operation and socio-economic development of the southern African region and other developing countries.
CRIAA SA-DC was formed in 1996 following the closure of the Centre for Research-Information-Action for Development in Africa (CRIAA) a French NGO based in Paris due to its restructuring. CRIAA SA-DC secured the continuation of CRIAA’s activities in the southern Africa region and developed into an independent European-southern African development and consultancy service
CRIAA SA-DC, which stands for Centre de Recherche et d’Information Action pour l’Afrique Australe – Sud et Est (Research and Information Action Center for Southern and Eastern Africa), is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Windhoek, Namibia. The organization was founded in 1986 with a focus on promoting sustainable agriculture and natural resource management in Southern and Eastern Africa.
